Omaha Zoo

A couple weeks ago, we decided to finally make the trip up to the Zoo in Omaha. Supposedly it's a pretty big zoo. They had a lot of different exhibits. Akoy liked it, although I think he will like it more when he grows a bit. We met a couple of friends and enjoyed their company. Poor Cassidy was wifeless for a couple weeks, so we took him in under our wing. ;)

My favorite part of the zoo were the baby gorillas. It was so cute to see them interact with their parents and their environment. I could have sat there all day. We didn't stay long because UNL and BYU each had games that night.

Next favorite, was the Polar Bear. He was swimming around, doing flips and eating celery. So interactive and entertaining!



We gave Akoy a sucker and 10 min later he was out cold. So tired!
